Skins advert-colouring effects (softlight)

What I have done here is opened up the original picture from media Mr. Lau’s folder then opened the picture out into adobe Photoshop elements. Straight after image is out then I will duplicate layer to enable me to change the image. Then click background change hue and saturation then turn this down to -70. I will make new layer and make this soft light. I will choose the first brush tool after clicking on the brush icon and make this solid brush around size 100. Then choose colour and just paint strips in these colours. To make the image look more fluent I will go to filter blur then Gaussian blur and make it 30 pixels.
